How To Eat Lobster

Learning to how eat lobster will make you more likely to actually enjoy this food more often. Once you have purchased live Maine lobster and have had Maine lobster delivered to your door, you can begin enjoying this food even more so. Here are some tips for cracking and eating lobster.
Twist off the claws of the lobster first.
You can then use a nut or lobster cracker to crack the claw and the knuckle of it. Remove the meat from inside the lobster.
Next, remove the tail from the body of the lobster. Break off the tail flippers next. You will get meat from within the flippers.
Using your fork, push the tail meat out in one full piece. You need to remove the black thin vein that runs down the length of the tail meat before eating.
Tomalley is a green substance that is found in the body of the lobster. When you separate the shell from the underside of the lobster, you’ll find it. To do this, simply pull the shell apart.
Crack the underside of the body to pull it apart. Remove the meat from the leg joints and in the legs. To do this easily, simply bite down on the leg and squeeze it out with the help of your teeth.
